We are a team of passionate fitness coaches dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on physical training but also on building healthy habits. Fat loss is surely a byproduct of this fitness journey.

We push our athletes to put their fitness to the test by constantly challenging themselves in various events, we also train people for exciting competitions that happen every year like obstacle running, marathons, trail runs, etc.

About Founders

Kanav Verma - Co-Founder

Kanav is one of the Co-Founders and an elite coach with ~7 years of experience in coaching and helping people achieve their desired fitness goals. A licensed master functional trainer and an obstacle running athlete who believes that testing oneself in various challenges while training helps you become more confident. He approaches fitness most holistically and invests in you to overall develop you as a person and by leveling up your fitness game keeping a goal-oriented journey. With a lifetime of athletic training, he believes in training like an athlete and wants to instill athleticism in everyone who trains with him. He follows the rule, which is mental toughness through fitness, and believes that this is the best way to find and achieve your summit. Skating is where it all began for Kanav; playing nationals U-14 at a young age was his first accomplishment, and he never looked back, going on to win awards in a variety of sports including skate hockey, swimming, skating, karate, and cricket.

 

Amit Rathore - Co-Founder

Amit is the Co-Founder of "The FIT Clan". A certified CPT and strength and conditioning coach (ISSA), Amit believes in questioning the status quo and using years of experience and knowledge to bring out the best in the clients. With an eye for detail and a simple approach, he ensures that all workouts are broken down into small parts to have a flawless movement resulting in positive results and avoiding injuries. He believes in living a healthy life and is on a journey to help people along the way which helps them understand the importance of self-care and healthy living.
